Read the listed items under Misconducts. For Authorities, go to the upper right, use the dropdown list to change from 10 to All, and click Show. All the Authorities will be listed. See WSYSA District III for District III teams and WSYSA for WSYL teams. Use the Field Grid to determine the location of the offense, and for your location in the Description of the offense. This is very handy and can be printed. Overview describes the Misconduct Report process. Print Report will allow you to print a copy of the report for your records. You may select from a Display or PDF format. The Misconduct Report # should appear in the box. If it does not appear, enter it in the box and click Display or PDF. When the form opens, use your printer icon to print. Click Misconducts in the left menu to return to the Misconduct Criteria screen. Status Values explains the use of the various Status Values; Unfinished and New will be the most commonly used by the Referee. After Logon: The Misconduct Criteria screen appears. To open a new Misconduct Report form, click create a New Misconduct report. A small box will appear, enter the Match Number for the report you wish to file. If you don't know the Match Number, enter 0.
Click Retrieve. The Misconduct Report form will open. Make a note of the Misconduct Report Number on your records of the offense. The Misconduct # is shown at the top middle of the first Section. You may also use the small icons next to the Misconduct # to print a copy of your report. Click on either icon, use your printer icon to print, and your back button to return to the report. To open another new Misconduct Report, click on Misconduct in the left menu, then on create a New Misconduct report. If you need to pause in the middle of a report, enter all of the information you have available, including Authority in the first Section, as many of the Match Details as you can in the second Section, and complete at least the Type of Offense and the Reason for the Caution or the SendOff in the Misconduct Information Section. Record the Misconduct Report Number. Click Update to save your entered data to the form, and Logoff. See To retrieve a previous Misconduct Report below. Please note: you must select a Caution Reason for a Caution, and a SendOff Reason for a SendOff. The system will not save the Misconduct Description if you choose a SendOff Reason for a Caution or a Caution Reason for a SendOff. You will be notified in a Red Message at the top of the page to please select a valid reason. Go back to the Misconduct Information Section, and use the dropdown list to check your Reason. If you Logoff without selecting a valid reason, you will lose the Misconduct Information you have entered. If you accidentally Logoff before the Misconduct Report is complete, you may retrieve and re-open the Misconduct Report.
To retrieve a previous Misconduct Report you have submitted, enter the Misconduct Report Number in the upper left # box on the Misconduct Criteria screen, then click Show at the lower right. Be sure to remove the Misconduct Report Number from your Misconduct Criteria screen, or the system will continue to try to use that number in any request you make.
